TPC Group began earlier this month the operations of Reversa Soluções Logísticas, new brand of the holding company focused on reverse logistics (area of the activity that deals with the flow of goods, packaging and other materials from the point of consumption to the place of origin). The company received a R$ 5 million (US$ 3.1 million) investment and its base of operations is in Jundiaí (SP). According to TPC, the infrastructure features 3.5 thousand pallet positions, 7 thousand Bin positions and a warehouse with 4000 square meters capable of receiving and shipping products simultaneously in 6 docks and 2 ramps. The place is qualified for the services of collection and processing of service orders, sale and recycling of goods (fulfillment).

One of the highlights of the TPC Group in the segment is the partnership with B2W (made up by Americanas.com, ShopTime.com and Submarino), to which the holding already provides the reverse logistics of products returned by consumers. "The companies do not have to deal with handling and return of the product. Their priority is the selling technology", explains the VP of General Logistics of the group, Luís Chamadoiro. "In the [company] Reversa, we will offer the resale of used products [the so-called open-box] and auctions, going through the proper disposal and even to recycling". TPC is made up by Pronto Express, Cosmo Express, C. Port and Central de Soluções Logísticas. It is a provider of logistics solutions for clients in many segments of the Brazilian economy.
