President of Investe SP takes part in meeting with German President, Christian Wulff

Among the topics discussed is the German presence in the State

Governor Geraldo Alckmin and the President of Investe São Paulo, Luciano Almeida, received this Friday, 6, the President of Germany, Christian Wulff and his party, at the government of the State of São Paulo (Palácio dos Bandeirantes).

 The agenda of the visit was the discussion of the German presence in the State, the cooperation in the sectors of environment, renewable energies and combat to the climate changes and investments in transport infrastructure.

The German party included the Secretary of State of the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Wolf-Ruthart Born; Federal Representatives Ernst Hinsken, Erich G. Fritz and Jürgen Klimke; the Secretary of State, head of the Federal Presidency, Lothar Hagebölling; Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany in Brazil, Wilfried Grolig, the head of the Department of International Relations of the Federal Presidency, Clemens von Goetze; and Consul-General of the Federal Republic of Germany in São Paulo, Matthias von Kummer.

At 51 years of age, Christian Wulff is the youngest President in the history of Germany. Before being elected, Wulff was the Governor of the Lower Saxony, State that hosts, among other large companies, the Volkswagen Group.
