About to overcome the goal of earning R$ 200 million (US$ 114.3 million) this year with the fifth largest contact center company of Brazil, TMKT (short for telemarketing), the business administrator Alexandre Jau plans opening two new call centers: one in São Paulo and one in the Northeast of Brazil. On average, R$ 15 million (US$ 8.57 million) will be spent in the putting up of the new operations of the company - each subsidiary shall receive investments from R$ 7 (US$ 4) to R$ 8 million (US$ 4.6 million), between the improvement of the building and the infrastructure to run a call center operation in such a place. According to Jau, at least 60% of such value shall come from the cash of the company; 40% will be raised in the market, by means of bank loans. "We are really great demand for services, so we have decided to expand our operations", said the President of TMKT on the eighth floor of the headquarters of the company, in Pinheiros, West Side of the capital of São Paulo.Since the telemarketing market is still very concentrated in São Paulo, the businessman has decided to change his inaugurations schedule a bit: he will give priority to the putting up of the site (call center office) in the State and leave the move of the company towards the Northeast for next year. "We are now looking for a building to shelter such operation". According to him, the new telemarketing office to be installed in São Paulo should go into operation before December, and that of the Northeast, by mid-2011. "Putting up the structure is the easiest part, that is, if the property is in good conditions for the call center", said Jau.
