LG inaugurates center dedicated to Customer Service

In the area of technology, with an investment of R$ 15 million (US$ 8.8 million), LG Electronics announced the inauguration of its CRM Center, an infrastructure dedicated to customer service, with a work performed in the city of Taubaté (SP). It is a 2,800 square meter building for 800 employees. The priority of LG is to more than increase the capacity, to provide customer service quality. Before, the service was conducted by an outsourcer. With the new building, the demand will be fully absorbed by LG Electronics employees, generating jobs and skilled labor, according to estimates of the company.

According to the company, the idea is that with the new structure it will be possible to meet 100% of the demand in less than a minute. "Improve our customer service is one of the ways to get closer to our customers. Our goal is to understand the real need of the consumer and quickly, ethically and transparently solve the issues", said Humberto de Biase, General Manager of Marketing of LG Electronics Brasil.
