Latin American Leadership Annual Forum, in Rio de Janeiro, had participation of Investe São Paulo

Latin America experts discussed infrastructure projects and competitiveness in international event

Representatives of the 50 better infrastructure projects required to boost the growth and competitiveness of the labor market of Latin America shared and discussed the techniques and opportunities in the area of infrastructure during the 9th Latin American Leadership Annual Forum, held between the 7 and 11 of May, in Rio de Janeiro

The General Manager of International and Institutional Relations of Investe São Paulo, Wilson Soares, took part in the event, whose theme was the "Generation of Extraordinary Wealth - Strategic Projects and the Creation of Public Value" and it had the collaboration of the BNDES (National Development Bank), of the CAF (Corporación Andina de Fomento) and the World Bank.

During the Forum were exhibited projects of several countries and States, among them São Paulo, which presented the expansion and modernization of the Port of São Sebastião, the expansion of the Tietê-Paraná Waterway, the plan of expansion of the Subway, and projects of sanitation and roads.

Besides Investe São Paulo, were present the agencies for the promotion of investments of Rio de Janeiro, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Dominican Republic and of Andalusia (Spain), France, Germany and Singapore.
