Investe SP participates in the 4th Business Meeting of the Industries of Guararema

On Wednesday, August 2, the director of Investe SP, Sérgio Costa, participated in the 4th Business Meeting held by the Municipality of Guararema in partnership with the Department of Industry, Trade, Tourism and Agriculture (SEMICTA). The event brought together approximately 50 companies from the city, including industries, representatives and service providers, totaling more than 100 people.

The group had the opportunity to share experiences and interact with other enterprises. In addition to exchanging contact info for future business opportunities and partnerships. The purpose of the Business Meeting is to strengthen the industries established in the city, promote local services, attract new investments and, consequently, stimulate the economic development and the creation of jobs.

“Investe São Paulo provides support free of charge to companies that are making productive investments in the state of São Paulo mainly by providing strategic information. The information is provided by partner municipalities such as Guararema, who are always ready to meet our demands and welcome investors with due attention,” said Sérgio Costa.

According to the mayor Adriano Leite, the companies’ expansion and the arrival of new enterprises in Guararema are the result of a continuous effort of the municipality. “The Business Meeting is an opportunity for us to strengthen this interaction between entrepreneurs and the government. Together, we can overcome adverse situations in the industrial sector,” said the mayor. A group dynamics conducted by Instituto Ferrarezi, led by its CEO, Eugênio Ferrarezi, a partner in the organization of the event, allowed an interaction between groups predefined by segments and allowed them to talk about their business. The participation of Desenvolve SP, with Mauro Miranda, and the National Development Bank (BNDES), with the manager Ana Paula Bernardino Paschoini, and the economist Marco Antonio Silvestre Leite, provided the entrepreneurs with information and opportunities to strengthen the companies established here. Fernando Moreira de Moura, advisor responsible for the Department of Industry, Trade, Tourism and Agriculture, highlighted the relevance of the companies’ participation:

 “Guararema and its residents can only benefit from the strengthening and arrival of new companies. SEMICTA is open to assist entrepreneurs in any matter,” he said.
