Cereser inaugurates line and doubles its production in the Country

The Brazilian manufacturer of beverages Cereser has just doubled its production in the Country, with the inauguration of a line in Jundiaí, in the interior of São Paulo. According to the producer, the increase of the capacity will meet the increase of the demand of the beverages. According to Cereser, the brand registers an expansion of 8% a year. The new facility of the sparkling wine producer will process nearly 26 thousand bottles of the beverage an hour. According with the manufacturer, this volume represents nearly 25% more than the production of the plants of the same sort.

According to the commercial officer, Jose Fontelles, the unit will allow Cereser to cater to the seasonality of its products, allowing it to meet the demand of the end of year in the period of only 90 days. According to an announcement of the company, made last Friday, the new line in Jundiaí will be "the largest line of sparkling wines of the world".

From the total of the production, nearly 16% is exported to countries of Latin America, such as Paraguay, Uruguay, Cuba and Venezuela, of Africa, besides the Middle East. On a note, the beverage company registers it is currently the major Brazilian exporter of hard cider and vodka. Still in accordance with the company, 30% of the total of its earnings results from the sales of the brands Chuva de Prata, Sidra Cereser, Cereser Sabores and Cereser Zero.

In its two plants, located in Jundiaí and also in the Industrial Complex of Suape (PE), Cereser has productive capacity for 65 thousand liters an hour, and storage capacity for up to 20 million liters.
