French laboratory Boiron expands homeopathic offerings in Brazil

After spending six years with a discreet presence in Brazil, French laboratory Boiron has decided to expand its local operation. The world's largest supplier of homeopathic compounds, Boiron has replaced its leadership in Brazil and aims to end 2015 with ten new products from its current offering of only three. The homeopathic market in Brazil is calculated at €600 million to €700 million a year. Among the new products is Coryzalia, a rhinitis treatment, which will join top-seller flu treatment Oscillococcinum. The leading supplier of such compounds in Brazil is Laboratório Homeopático Almeida Prado.
