On November 29, entrepreneurs and representatives of Sorocaba attended the "Integra Turismo" – an initiative of the State Office of Tourism with the support of Investe São Paulo.

In addition to suggesting ways to promote local features as a tourist destination, one of the aspects of the event is to foster Tourism 4.0 and qualify professionals – from hotels, restaurants, transportation, health service and the entire Tourism chain – to serve a new profile of tourist: more prepared, with immediate desires and looking for unique and individual experiences.

Thiago Messena, Institutional Relations coordinator of Investe São Paulo, spoke to a mixed audience about how the tools offered by the agency can be an effective way to develop intelligent destinations and attract and serve the "tourist 4.0" with excellence.
