Horiba Instruments Brazil inaugurates its own headquarters in Jundiaí

On June 18, Horiba Instruments Brazil – a Japanese multinational with 60 years of existence and present in Brazil for 17 years – inaugurated its own headquarters in Brazil. The event was attended by Mr. Atsushi Horiba, President of Horiba, Ltd. and Mr. Peter Bigardi, Mayor of Jundiaí.

Horiba Ltd. was founded in Kyoto, Japan, in 1953, and became a multinational company specialized in the development and production of measuring and analysis instruments, operating in five business segments: Automotive, Medical, Process and Environment, Scientific and Semiconductors. The Horiba Group employs over 5,500 employees worldwide, through its 38 global branches. The new headquarters in Jundiaí currently employs 110 people approximately.

Horiba has made a substantial investment in this new headquarters, being another proof of its commitment to continuous growth and to the community of Jundiaí. The new headquarters comprises 5,000 sqm of construction on an area covering 10,000 sqm and is located at Rua Presbítero Plínio Alves de Souza, 645 - Loteamento Polo Mutivias, in the district of Jardim Ermida II. It will be the basis for all operations in South America and is expected to facilitate the growth of operations and business performance, enhancing regional sales and profits.
