DAS Brazil receives ANAC certification and expands its customer base
Project assisted by Investe São Paulo supplies the national aircraft industry
Investe São PauloDAS Brasil S.A., specialized in the production of composite materials for the aircraft industry, received last week a certification from ANAC (National Civil Aviation Agency) for the repair of parts and structures. A subsidiary of the U.S. company DAS LLC, the company operates in an industrial condominium in São José dos Campos and serves the Executive, Commercial and Military Aviation markets.
The company, which relied on the support from Investe São Paulo to settle in the country, is focused on the development of innovations for the aviation industry. It invested approximately R$ 1 million reais in infrastructure and technology, creating 10 jobs.
The quality of the services is one of the priorities for DAS Brazil, which relies on a specialized and qualified workforce. The Brazilian mechanics are trained by the parent company in the U.S. in accordance with the requirements of the FAA, EASA and ANAC.
Operating for more than 30 years in the production and repair of parts, the company directly serves the national market in expansion, following the requirements of national and international regulations.
