Cherto launches store to sell franchise

This year, the Cherto Group will launch, until May, a brand-new operation in the Brazilian market: a street store for the sale of franchises. The first point of sale will receive an investment of nearly R$ 300 thousand (US$ 170.5 thousand) and will be located in the capital of São Paulo, in a place of 120 m. Franchises of several companies and segments will be available on the shelf. The idea is to offer a special consumption experience to entrepreneurs and investors, who will be able to be in contact with different business opportunities at a space especially projected for this purpose, says Marcelo Cherto, president of the group, in an announcement made by the company. There will be two formats: street stores and kiosks (for business events and shopping malls) Until the end of the year the idea is to take the model to other cities, part by means of its own units and the rest, by franchising. Founded in 1986, in São Paulo, the Cherto Group is a reference in the Latin American market of franchises and has already participated on the structuring (or reorganization) of hundreds of business networks in Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Mexico, and Paraguay.
