For the governor of Espírito Santo, Investe São Paulo is a role model

On October 14, a delegation from Espírito Santo visited the Investe São Paulo office to meet the agency’s work in attracting companies and incentives for the expansion of existing enterprises in the state of São Paulo. The delegation was headed by the governor elected in Espírito Santo, Paulo Hartung, and the senator elected in the same state, Ricardo Ferraço.

During the meeting, the president of Investe SP, Luciano Almeida, talked about the initiatives of the agency to attract investors, provide the necessary support for the implementation of the projects and to bridge the gap between companies and public and private entities.

“The work of Investe São Paulo is inspiring. The agency is an entity that facilitates the relationship of local and international entrepreneurs with the government of São Paulo. In such a bureaucratic country, the initiative of Investe SP goes in the opposite direction. We left the meeting inspired by what we saw,” said Hartung.

“We are proud to welcome delegations from other states and contribute with whatever we can. Investe São Paulo also visited the work of other agencies in the year when it was founded, and it was important to define our strategies of operation. We congratulate Governor Paulo Hartung, who has already started this work even before starting his term,” said Almeida.

The directors of Investe São Paulo Ermínio Lucci, Sérgio Costa and Paulo Capelotto also attended the meeting. The delegation from Espírito Santo, in addition to the senator and governor, also included the board member of Grupo Aguia Branca, Wagner Chieppe; Octaciano Netto, member of the transition team of the government of Espírito Santo; and Leonardo S. Rogério de Castro, vice president of the Federation of Industries of Espírito Santo.
