Luciano Almeida, President of Investe SP, has signed, together with Fernando Freiberger, Executive Director of HSBC, a memo of understanding between both companies. The meeting was held at HSBC headquarters last wednesday (5).

The partnership seeks to collaborate mutually in attracting foreign investments to the State of São Paulo, as well as exchange information between both parties, which leads to a better background for any potential investors.

During the course of the meeting, where the companies discussed joint actions based on the MOU, Freiberger remarked the professional conduct employed by Investe SP when relaying its actions.

“A year before starting these negotiations, I was already aware of the singularity of the high work rate presented by Investe São Paulo regarding assessment and client satisfaction”, said the director.

Both institutions are working towards the planning of actions and international joint missions for 2014.

Along with the President, the Director of Institutional and International Relations, Sérgio Costa, and the International Relations Analyst, Rafael Murgi, also came to the meeting representing Investe SP, as well as Rogério Guimarães, International Area Manager, and Thierry François-Marsal, responsible for the Banking Centre, for HSBC.
