Currently, 117 companies are already registered in the program and 34 are in the support phase.

Investe São Paulo announced that registrations are now open for companies that wish to apply to participate for free in the Export Extension Program (PEIEx), created by the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (Apex-Brazil). Click here to register.

A few weeks ago Investe SP gathered some of the companies already registered in the program to select those who are able to start the coaching. It showed the advantages of exporting and highlighted the differences between the types of direct and indirect exports.

Throughout the program, the PEIEX instructors will help each company define a foreign trade plan and at the end of the process, a “mock event” will exhibit the product to international buyers. In addition, the participating companies will have access not only to personalized coaching from the instructors, but also to presentations, workshops, and networking events with other participants of the program.

Currently, 117 companies are already registered in the program and 34 are in the support phase. During the year, 130 companies with the profile and potential for exports, availability to participate in the training program and a corporate taxpayer identification, will be able to participate.

Until mid-September, Investe SP was the coordinator of the program for the metropolitan region of São Paulo, which encompasses 39 cities. However, in the second phase of the agreement with Apex-Brazil, the investment and export promotion agency of São Paulo expanded its activities to all cities located within a radius of 100km from the state capital. The range was opened to 105 new cities, including regions such as Campinas, São José dos Campos and Santos.
