Global logistic properties (GLP) – the largest warehousing company in the country – has maintained planned investments for the fiscal year from April to March 2016 of R$250 million, despite the deterioration of the macroeconomic scenario, and the goal is to build 300,000 square meters during the period. The company in 2015 acquired two properties in the state of São Paulo – one in Cajamar, which has a project under construction, and another, a few days ago, in Jundiaí. “Clients have taken longer in making decisions, but we have the expectation to continue renting the areas,” said GLP President Mauro Dias.
