Description

On June 20, Investe São Paulo and the Netherlands Enterprise Agency, the investment promotion agency in the Netherlands, entered into a Memorandum of Understanding. The execution of the document, which took place at the Renaissance Hotel in São Paulo, aims to intensify the economic relations between the state of São Paulo and the Netherlands.

Through the agreement, the two institutions have committed to identify and facilitate the contact with companies interested in establishing business in the state territory and in the Netherlands, establish the exchange of information on the economic trends in each region and provide assistance to the visits of the delegations from both regions.

During the meeting, the director of International and Institutional Relations of Investe SP, Sérgio Costa, introduced the agency and the services provided free of charge to investors. Costa also highlighted the main potentials of the state, which is the country’s largest consumer market and the main investment destination of Brazil.

In addition to Costa, the event was also attended by the mayor of Amsterdam, Eberhard van der Laan, and the international director of the Netherlands Enterprise Agency, Bas Pulles.
